The multistoried films had serious themes but the proposed Vicky Chopra’s multi storied film “Seasons Greetings” is with comedy flavor.Season’s Greetings is the story of one day. It is directed by Vicky Chopra, and produced by UTV Motion Pictures.
The story of Season’s Greetings begins on December 30 and ends with the sunrise on January 1. The different stories culminate into New Year’s party, where all the stories end differently as one. Earlier, Nandana Sen and Amrita Arora were playing sisters in one story of the film.
The first shoot was in Cape Town in October last year and the film was to have been completed by January 2009. Amrita Arora has been dropped from UTV’s Season’s Greetings because she got pregnant. The actress is shattered with the news as this was the only film she was working on.
Raima Sen and Riya Sen will appear as sisters who are living together now. Tabu who accepted the offer of doing the comedy film of Season Greetings will play the role of a lady who has been deserted by her husband and she wants to live happily even after that.
The other star cast includes Javed Jaffrey, Sohail Khan, Ashish Choudhary, Saurabh Shukla et al.
